Tuesday pm update

Well, I must say today was overall encouraging, at least from my point of view! Brad really seemed to feel better throughout the morning, visiting with family, joking, etc...Then, he sat outside for several HOURS playing games and getting some beautiful sunshine and enjoying the fantastic weather we had today, before coming in late this afternoon. I think he is pretty exhausted, but I count this as a good day. We've had some wonderful times of meditation and prayer as well; funny that those times are mean't solely for Brad's benefit, but I think they leave us all revived and comforted. Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who is leaving such wonderful comments and encouraging words; and thank you also to everyone bringing food to our family--what an awesome church family we have!! Praise God for a good day. Praise God for hearing our prayers. We continue to beg for complete healing for Brad, and peace and strength for Brad, Jenny, David, and Sandra.

My friend's mother passed way last week, and there was a fantastic prayer at her funeral:

The light of God surrouns me.
The love of God enfolds me.
The power of God protects me.
The presence of God watches over me.
The mind of God guides me.
The life of God flows through me.
The laws of God direct me.
The power of God abides within me.
The joy of God uplifts me.
The strength of God renews me.
The beauty of God inspires me.
Wherever I am, God is!

Stacey, my friend, said her mother would always add "And all is well." That is so true - where God is, all is well.

May God grant you a peaceful sprit, a peaceful evening and a peaceful resolve that all is well.

Thank you, Lord, for giving Brad strength to keep fighting.

I LOVE Tom's comments in the last post...we want the drs to scratch their heads in disbelief and for the believers to raise their hands in praise and for the unbelievers to know His miraculous power...wow...that's exactly right!!!! Please, LORD, HEAR OUR CRY!!!!

Brad, we believe! Hang in there! May you feel the peace of your brothers and sisters praying for you!

Dear Wims Family, I do not know you, but feel as if you have been brought into my life for a reason. I linked to your blog through another that I follow and have spent the last 3 hours reading it from beginning to end. May God's healing power surround you and bring you peace. You will have a special place in my prayers for now and always.

Thank you Jesus! Thank yall for the great reports..I check the blog almost every hour to see how to adjust my prayers. :) It WAS such a beautiful day outside!! Today, my son, Elijah said, "Does Brad feel better yet?" (He knows when I pray for him to feel better, when he doesnt feel good that God hears our prayer) and Im happy to know that He hears these prayers and answers them with days like today. Before bed we always list the things we are thankful for and Elijah said, "Im thankful for Brad feeling better" (sweet little 3 year old heart!)I believe Brad, that your fighting heart, Jenny's encouraging spirit, and your precious angel children are the best medicine! May you sleep well tonight! We love yall!

Brad I just want you to know that I am on my knees daily while you are sleeping (13 hours difference) I am here pleading for a restful night for you and a miracle for the morning that is ahead. We are Sons and Daugthers of the ONE true God and we are united in many things but TODAY, TOMORROW and the next, the next..... we are united in praying for a miracle on your behalf. I can not help myself to end my prayers with a Brad style WHOOP at the end of them. We love you and are praying... Keep fighting!
