For the past couple of months I have had the opportunity to play in a co-ed volleyball league in Clear Lake with my friend Stephen Gardner from Southeast. We had a pretty good team and it has been a lot of fun as it quickly reminded me of how much I love to play. Exercise just doesn't feel like exercise when you are chasing a ball around the court. :)
